Okay, originally this was bought for fall family photos. As you can see it turned out perfectly for that occasion as well as 1st day of school and a perfect dress to wear to church. It is a heavy cotton, the quality is unparalleled to kids dresses Iâve bought off of here. It is beyond comfortable and functions through so many different occasions. It is true to size, she is 10 years old. The best thing she loves about it, it hasnât faded and has pockets. Definitely not see through either.

Purchased the size 10-12 for my 8 year old granddaughter and it fits her perfectly, so I would say it runs a little small. However, the knit fabric (95% cotton, 5% spandex) is stretchy (but not too stretchy), so there’s some wiggle room on sizing. My granddaughter is quite picky about her clothes and complains easily if it is scratchy or uncomfortable in any way and she LOVES this dress…so much that I had to purchase another one in a different print. Sorry I didn’t get a picture of her in it, but it really looks just like it does in pictures.
